So, here it is, the day we’ve been waiting for all year… Christmas eve, it has finally arrived.

I’ll be spending it with my lovely girlfriend Amelia, here in Stockholm. The weather is downright boring, we’ve got a few millimeters of snow and it’s cold as f*ck outside.. The past few evenings have been full of riots and random jobos setting things on fire and throwing rocks at the police.. But at least that magic Christmas spirit thrives within our appartment, my first Christmas with Amelia is definitely one of the very best ever..

A man can never have too many lists, and I’ve got a lot of the my self… Figured I should publish them here, once a week… The list that’ll be popping the cherry is my top 3 Anton Maiden songs.

For those of you that have missed the greatness that is Anton Maiden, he was a Swedish teenager that recorded tributes to his favorite band Iron Maiden using MIDI/MOD tunes and a 99 SEK microphone. More info on him is available on wikipedia.

Every now and then, life takes an unexpected turn, just a little something that you didn’t expect.. One thing that I didn’t expect is that I’d do something that I’ve said I would never do for the last 15 years.. I’ve moved to Stockholm, hell on earth. ;)

I was a happy networking guy, working at a regional ISP in Gothenburg, when I met Amelia… I fell in love and decided that I couldn’t live 500 km away from her.. So I did it, I moved to Stockholm. And here I am.. Writing this blog post from our home in Tensta.

Yes, I know, every one I know from Gothenburg will tease me for this forever… Even my friends in Stockholm tease me for moving here.. Do they also hate their city?…

I’ve been living here for three weeks now, and I’m slowly getting used to it. The way people talk don’t actively annoy me anymore and the subway becomes less scary and confusing.. It’s starting to feel like home.. *shrug*

Our new temporary servers shows the build quality and attention to details only found in my colleague’s Citröen C4… Take a look.

It’s certainly roomier than his C4 though..

Finally my beloved drums are mounted and ready to be used.. Unfortunately they’re in my brother’s living room and not the garage.. (HURRY UP GOD DAMN IT) ;) Crappy mobile picture, but here we go!
